Hi! My name is Maverick and I''m just a bachelor looking for love.
I currently live in a pretty sweet bachelor pad with my foster parents (I have an entire finished basement and crate to myself!) but my heart longs for that someone special to find me and give me a loving, forever home.
I guess I should tell you a little bit about me. Hm, where to start? I was brought to Louisville Metro Animal Services as a stray, but they looked at my immaculate teeth and think I am about 2 years old. I am mostly black, but have white patches with black spots, and some gray patches. And not to toot my own horn, but my foster parents are always telling me how good and handsome I am (they seem to really love my big head and `old soul` eyes).
I''d like to think I''m pretty well-balanced. I enjoy being active both inside and outside. Fetch, enrichment activities, walking/running at the park, you name it! I equally enjoy cuddling up on the couch. My foster mom thinks it''s hilarious when I sit in her lap, but I''m not sure why. I just like hearing her laugh and getting/giving kisses.
